Join the Northern Hills Assisted Living free Fit Balance classes designed specifically for seniors. Fit Balance is a series of gentle exercises for seniors taught by certified senior fitness instructor Meg Bishop, a member of the Northern Hills team. This new and popular class combines the slow fluidity of Tai-Chi, the breathe technique and stretch of Yoga and the strength of light weight lifting. These exercises can greatly enhance range of motion, flexibility, mobility, balance and muscular strength; which will assist seniors in all their activities of daily living.
The Fit Balance Series can also help with:

- Uplift the Spirit
- Classes can be done seated or standing
