Free Fit Balance Class for Seniors

Join the Northern Hills Assisted Living free Fit Balance classes designed specifically for seniors.  Fit Balance is a series of gentle exercises for seniors taught by certified senior fitness instructor Meg Bishop, a member of the Northern Hills team.  This new and popular class combines the slow fluidity of Tai-Chi, the breathe technique and stretch of Yoga and the strength of light weight lifting.  These exercises can greatly enhance range of motion, flexibility, mobility, balance and muscular strength; which will assist seniors in all their activities of daily living.

The Fit Balance Series can also help with:

  1. Arthritis
  2. Inflammation
  3. Improve the Circulatory System
  4. Support Healthy Digestion
  5. Improve Breathing/Respiratory System
  6. Sleep
  7. Anxiety/Stress
  8. Uplift the Spirit
  9. Classes can be done seated or standing
